This Saturday’s Seminar for 2/27/2010-“David vs. Goliath: sparring against a giant”
This week’s topic will be “David vs. Goliath: sparring against a giant”. Just as David only needed one stone to bring down the giant so you only need one proper technique to bring down yours. We will look at different ways to spar opponents who are much taller and/or larger than we are.
I hope to see everyone bright and early on Saturday morning, especially if it has been a while since you have got up early for a Saturday class (hint, hint).
Next Saturday 3/6/2010 - "Everything you ever wanted to know about Tournaments, but were too afraid to ask"
Next Saturday we are attacking on tournament Sparring head on. Tips, tricks and strategies to help you prepare you to take home the gold. So come get your game face on and get ready to spar.

I encourage everyone to drag as many people as you can with you at 8:00am. The more people we have (and the more we have from other ITA schools) the more types of sparring everyone will be to be exposed to. What are "Saturday Seminars"?
Saturday Seminars are a special class on Staurday mornings at 8:00am. The seminar format allows the class to focus on a particular topic and spend an entire class on the topic. All Adult ITA Students are welcome to attend and there are no additional charges for the Saturday Semniars.
